TENDER NOTICE

Subject: Invitation for competitive tender for cleaning services at Office premises of Embassy of India, No. 58-60 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi.

Sealed quotations are invited from experienced firms/reputed companies for providing of daily cleaning services at office premises of Embassy of India, 58-60, Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi for a period of one year beginning from 1 November 2018.

The scope of work, terms and conditions would be as follows:

  • Cleaning at the office are, sweeping floor, damp mop floor, stairs, clean desks and chairs, clean furniture, clean instruments (telephone, computer etc.) clean windows & doors with spray and buff.
  • Cleaning of toilet area, toilet bowls, sinks, faucets, mirrors, disinfect/deodorize, refill supplies.
  • Cleaning at the outside area (courtyard).
  • Cleaning and polishing of floor once in a month.

The company will be responsible for providing good quality of work, to ensure that the Embassy and its premises are always clean and tidy. In case of  any loss or damage, the Company will be liable to pay for loss or damage. The Company will be responsible for work compensation insurance for their workers.

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Saturday:

Daily Cleaning: Morning     from 0800 to 1200

                            Afternoon  from 1330 to 1730
