Notice Inviting Expression of Interest for Vietnam from RITES

Tenders for Request for Expression of Interest for selection of professional Entity for Provision of Marketing and pre award activities for all Consultancy / EPC / Supply / Works Contract in Railways / Transportation / Infrastructure sectors, eg. Port, Highway, Building Airport, Supply of Rolling Stock, Construction works of Railways, Railway Electrification, Signaling & Telecommunication, Metro Railway Systems, Inland Container Depots (ICDs) and Private Fright Terminals (PFTs) etc. for the business of which RITES may be interested in Vietnam. Also tracking the new tenders issued in Vietnam, timely intimation to RITES, purchase of Tender documents, discussing and negotiating technical / commercial terms and conditions with the client, printing and compilation of RITES’ offer, providing support for preparation / submission and release of EMD, follow up with client for release of letter of award etc. will be in the Scope of professional Entity.

RITES Limited, a Govt. of India Undertaking, is looking for potential firms based in Vietnam, to work as professional Entity with RITES, who are interested and capable of undertaking assignments for reputed Clients at Vietnam for the sectors of which RITES maybe interested in Vietnam.

In this regard, Expression of Interest (EOI) has been floated on RITES website (www.rites.com ) on 02.11.2022 (Tender no. 5567) EOI submission date upto 22.04.2024 for engagement of the professional entity for Vietnam (Link for the same is https://rites.com/Tenders ) and copy of EOI is also enclosed herewith for ready reference.
