India’s naval ships paid a friendly visit to Ho Chi Minh City

On 30 November, the two ships of the Indian Navy, INS Shivalik and INS Kamorta, docked at Nha Rong Port for a friendly visit to Ho Chi Minh City to contribute to maintaining interactive activities between the two navies of Vietnam and India. Indian naval ships stayed in Ho Chi Minh city from 30/11-02/12/2022. 

Within the visit, officers and crew members visited and paid a courtesy call on leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, Military Region 7 High Command, Naval Region 2 High Command; and laid a wreath at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument. Crew members will also join sport activities with officers and soldiers of Naval Region 2 High Command; exchange expertise on some fields of maritime, passing exercise at sea and telecommunication at sea as well as visit historical relics in the city.
