India@75: Ambassador's Address to CGS, Delhi University

Ambassador Pranay Verma was invited by the Centre For Global Studies, University of Delhi on 18 January 2022 to give an online address to their faculty and students on “India-Vietnam Relations in Changing Times: From Traditional Friendship to Strategic Partnership” as part of the Centre’s Ambassadorial Lecture Series.
