On the occasion of Gandhi@150 celebrations, Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Government of India, in collaboration with Khula Aasmaan of India Art Foundation, has launched “World of Mahatma Gandhi”, an online international painting competition for children to connect with the ever-inspiring life and spirit of Gandhiji. In this regard, Embassy of India in Hanoi invites children and young adult (between 10 to 19 years) to participate in this painting competition.
