The Embassy of India, Hanoi organised an India-Vietnam Maritime Industry Business Meeting in Haiphong on 25th September 2017 coinciding with the visit of Indian Naval Ships Satpura and Kadmatt led by Captain Rahul Shankar. The Meeting was addressed by the Ambassador of India along with the Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of Haiphong People’s Committee and Mr. Phi Van Duc, Director of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Haiphong. Indian companies made presentations at the meeting and held business interaction with their Vietnamese counterparts. The delegates also visited the two Naval Ships built by Indian defence shipyards, Mazgaon Dockyard Limited and Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers.\r\n\r\n\r\n
