Mr. Ram Madhav, Founder and Director, India Foundation and National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party visited Vietnam on 22-23 March 2018. Accompanied by Ambassador P. Harish, he met with H.E. Mr. Dan Dinh Quy, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam on 23 March 2018 to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.
