Mr. Ram Madhav, Founder and Director, India Foundation and National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party visited Vietnam on 22-23 March 2018. He, accompanied by Ambassador P. Harish, met with H.E. Mr. Hoang Binh Quan, Chairman of the External Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam on 23 March 2018 to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries and relations between the two parties.
