On December 22, 2023, in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Vietnam organized an international scientific conference with the theme "Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership". South-India: Achievements and Prospects”.

The international scientific conference was organized to summarize and evaluate the achievements that the two countries Vietnam and India have achieved over more than 50 years of establishing official diplomatic relations, and at the same time share and discussed exploring new opportunities and prospects for cooperation since the two countries upgraded their bilateral relations to the "Vietnam - India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership" in 2016, thereby contributing to strengthening Try to further deepen bilateral relations in the current rapidly changing global context.

The conference was attended by nearly 300 delegates, organized into 4 sessions with topics: Vietnam - India Comprehensive Strategic Partnership: New developments; Vietnam - India relations in the context of rapid regional and international fluctuations; Towards a common vision for Peace, Prosperity and People, and Towards new horizons in Vietnam - India economic and trade relations.

The conference received more than 40 research articles and presentations from domestic and foreign scholars presenting explanations, recommendations and assessing the prospects of Vietnam - India bilateral relations on many aspects from literature to culture. culture, connecting people to politics, security - defense, economics - trade.
