India@75: Prize Distribution for AKAM Painting Competition

Ambassador Pranay Verma gave away prizes to the winners and participants of the Painting Competition "Famous icons of India and Vietnam" on 27 July. The competition was launched by Embassy of India & Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Hanoi on 17 December 2021 as part of celebrations to mark 75 years of India’s independence and 50 years of bilateral ties. The competition witnessed participation by Vietnamese friends and members of Indian community. In his opening remarks at the Prize Distribution Ceremony, Ambassador Pranay Verma noted that such events generate goodwill amongst the people of the two countries.

Đại sứ Pranay Verma đã trao giải cho các thí sinh đoạt giải và tham gia trong Cuộc thi vẽ tranh “Các biểu tượng nổi tiếng của Ấn Độ và Việt Nam” vào ngày 27/07/2022. Cuộc thi do Đại sứ quán Ấn Độ và Trung tâm Văn hóa Swami Vivekananda, Hà Nội phát động vào ngày 17 tháng 12 năm 2021 trong khuôn khổ các hoạt động kỷ niệm 75 năm Ngày Độc lập của Ấn Độ và 50 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao hai nước. Cuộc thi có sự tham gia của bạn bè người Việt Nam và cộng đồng người Ấn Độ tại Việt Nam. Trong bài phát biểu khai mạc tại Lễ trao giải, Đại sứ Pranay Verma nhấn mạnh rằng những sự kiện như vậy sẽ mang đến tinh thần thiện chí cho nhân dân hai nước.
