Ambassador P. Harish was the Chief Guest at the inauguration of the Vietnam Office of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) in Ho Chi Minh City along with Mr. R. R. Deshpande, JMD, KOEL on 16 March 2018. The event was attended by KOEL partners from Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines and the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Ho Chi Minh City.
