Embassy of India organised the quiz programme “Dekho Apna Desh” and hosted children from the Indian community in Hanoi along with their parents on 21 November 2021 as part of events to celebrate
#AzadiKaAmritMahotsav.
Ambassador interacted with the children and encouraged them to learn more about India and its rich heritage and achievements. To mark the upcoming Constitution Day, Ambassador also read out the Preamble of the Constitution together with the children and their parents.
Ambassador distributed prizes to the winners of the three rounds of
#VandeBharatQuiz organised by the Embassy since July this year. Special prizes were also given to the winners of “Dekho Apna Desh” quiz.
The young participants expressed their views on the usefulness of such quiz for enhancing awareness about their home country. They also viewed a photo exhibition on "Making of the Constitution of India" organised in the Embassy premises.
