As part of series of events to celebrate the
#AmritMahotsav, the Embassy hosted the third edition of online “Vande Bharat Quiz” on 25 October 2021 on the theme “Contributions of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel in the Making of Modern India”.
The quiz was timed with the birth anniversary celebrations of two of India’s tallest leaders – the 152nd birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October and the 146th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on 31st October, which is also marked as the National Unity Day.
Twenty students from the Indian community in Vietnam participated. Ambassador Pranay Verma interacted with them before the event and encouraged them to learn from the lives of these great leaders and connect with their roots in India through the quiz programme.
