Over the last one week, Ambassador Pranay Verma met the heads of the top three media organs of Vietnam – Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, H.E. Mr. Mr. Le Quoc Minh; President of Voice of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Do Tien Sy; and General Director of Vietnam News Agency, H.E. Ms. Vu Viet Trang.
During these interactions, Ambassador conveyed appreciation for the significant contributions being made by each of these premier news and media institutions of Vietnam in the development of India-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. They agreed to step up cooperation and exchanges, including in the context of celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of India-Vietnam Diplomatic Relations in 2022 and the on-going 75th anniversary year of India’s Independence.
Trong hơn một tuần qua, Đại sứ Pranay Verma đã có cuộc gặp với lãnh đạo ba cơ quan truyền thông hàng đầu của Việt Nam - Tổng Biên tập Báo Nhân Dân, Ông Lê Quốc Minh; Tổng Giám đốc Đài Tiếng nói Việt Nam, Ông Đỗ Tiến Sỹ; và Tổng Giám đốc Thông tấn xã Việt Nam, Bà Vũ Việt Trang.
Trong các cuộc tiếp xúc này, Đại sứ đánh giá cao những đóng góp quan trọng của mỗi cơ quan thông tấn và truyền thông hàng đầu của Việt Nam trong việc phát triển quan hệ Đối tác Chiến lược Toàn diện Ấn Độ-Việt Nam. Hai bên nhất trí đẩy mạnh hợp tác và trao đổi, bao gồm cả trong bối cảnh tổ chức lễ kỷ niệm 50 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao Việt Nam - Ấn Độ vào năm 2022 và kỷ niệm 75 năm ngày Độc lập của Ấn Độ.
