Amb P. Harish visited the Western Highlands Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute in Dak Lak Province and met its Deputy Director Dr. Phan Viet Ha on 5 January 2018. The Institute is focused on high end research on coffee, pepper, cocoa, avocado and durian. He also visited the experimental farms of the Institute and its nurseries. He also met a large group of agriculture students on a study visit to the experimental farms.
