We had the privilege to host former Foreign Minister of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Dy Nien and a distinguished group of former Ambassadors and diplomats who served in India over the last four decades and have closely witnessed and contributed to the great friendship between our two countries solidifying over the years. All of them were part of some historic moments in our relationship. Former Foreign Minister Niên, who himself studied in India, was the Hindi interpreter of President Ho Chi Minh during his visit to India in 1958. Their stories and warm sentiments about our relations are truly inspiring.
