Ambassador met the Director of Institute for Defence Strategy (IDS) of Vietnam, Senior Col. Vu Cuong Quyet on 6 August 2020 and exchanged views on India-Vietnam bilateral defence partnership and regional and global issues of common interest. IDS is one of the premier think-tanks of Vietnam under the Ministry of National Defence and has institutional linkages with India’s Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA).
