On 10 December 2017, Ambassador P. Harish and Mrs. P. Nandita attended the First Vietnamese Coffee Day inauguration ceremony at Dalat organized by the People's Committee of Lam Dong province and Vietnam Coffee and Cacao Association (Vicofa). Vietnam is the world's second largest producer and exporter of coffee. Those present included Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development H.E. Mr. Le Quoc Doanh, H. E. Mr. Pham S, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and Mr. Jose Sette, Executive Director of International Coffee Organization.
