Ambassador P. Harish visited the Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics on 1 December 2017 and briefed a delegation of the Academy led by Prof. tran Van Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Academy’s Party Executive Committee and Director of the Institute of Philosophy. The delegation is visiting India from 4-6 December 2017.
