India - Viet Nam Business Meet on banking services discussed banking and financial facilities for trade, projects and business with participation of over 100 members and representatives of the Bank of India - Ho Chi Minh City, State Bank of India (Manila office) and EXIM Bank of India (Mumbai).

Vietnamese delegation also visited M/s L &T Shipyard, Katupalli Chennai where the delegation was briefed on various defence shipbuilding projects and yard capabilities highlighting India's Atmanirbhar programme.
The crew of Vietnam Corvette 20 participated in Maritime Technology Exhibition and International Maritime Seminar as part of MILAN 2024 at Vizag, India. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon'ble Defence Minister of India.
7th Indian Ocean Conference in Perth, Australia on 8-9 February 2024 was attended by India's External Affairs Minister, President of Sri Lanka, Australia's Foreign Minister, Singapore's Foreign Minister, Viet Nam's permanent Deputy Minister, Dr. Nguyen Minh Vu.
Positive discussions held today with Viet Nam’s Deputy Minister of Health, H.E. Do Xuan Tuyen on healthcare cooperation, pharmaceuticals, traditional medicine. Look forward to their exchanges with Indian authorities during this year.
Indian Business Chamber's annual Business Meet in Ha Noi supported by Embassy brought together Vietnamese government authorities, agencies, businesses and diplomats towards greater business and economic ties between India and Viet Nam. It was followed by Tet reception marking new year festivities and networking towards collaborative efforts in the year ahead.
