Ambassador P. Harish and Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Yen Bai province HE Mr. Duong Van Tien inaugurated on 1 June 2019 at Provincial General Hospital in Yen Bai a Jaipur Foot Artificial Limb Fitment Camp organised under the "India for Humanity" Initiative of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India launched to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. During the programme, many Jaipur Foot artificial limb fitments were gifted to Vietnamese beneficiaries in the province.
