Vietnam-India Development Cooperation in Energy Security

Ambassador P. Harish addressed the international scientific conference on ‘Vietnam- India Development Cooperation in Energy Security in the New Context' organized by Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics on 27th May 2019. Professor Nguyen Xuan Thang, Secretary of the Central Committee of CPV, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, and President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Mr. Dang Hoang An, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Director of Centre for India Studies were also present in the conference which was attended by academics, experts and a large number of energy sector industry representatives from India and Vietnam.
