Ambassador P. Harish hosted a lunch for the delegation of Institute of Defence Studies and Analyses led by its Director General Amb. Sujan Chinoy which is on a visit to Vietnam for interaction with The Institute for Defense Strategy of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.
