Ambassador P. Harish and Mrs. Nandita Parvathaneni met His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa at the Tay Thien Grand Mandala Stupa in Vinh Phuc Province. His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa is on a visit to Vietnam with his followers, has chaired a three-day spring festival at the Tay Thien Grand Mandala Stupa and would visit other cities in Vietnam.
