Ambassador P. Harish attended the ceremony of signing of an MOU between the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam and Indian Chamber of Commerce (INCHAM-Hanoi) and addressed the gathering along with Assistant Minister Vu Quang Minh of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Director General Do Nhat Hoang of Ministry of Planning and Investment and Mr. Neeraj Malik, Chairman of INCHAM Hanoi.
