The ministerial session of the 4th meeting of the India-Vietnam Joint Sub-Commission on Trade was held in Hanoi on 23 January 2019 in Hanoi. The two delegations were led by Indian Commerce Secretary Dr Anup Wadhawan and Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mr. Cao Quoc Hung, and reviewed all aspects of trade and investments, and discussed measures to strengthen bilateral economic engagement.
