Mrs. Preeti Saran, Secretary (East), Ministry of External Affairs accompanied by Ambassador of India Mr. P. Harish and Mr. Vinay Kumar, Joint Secretary (South), MEA led the Indian delegation for the 9th India-Vietnam Foreign Office Consultations and 6th Strategic Dialogue with her Vietnamese counterpart H.E. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs in Hanoi on 24 October 2017. Mrs. Preeti Saran, during her two day visit on 23-24 October, also met with H.E. Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E.Mr. Nguyen Huy Tang, Deputy Head of the External Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and called on H.E. Mr. Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
