Ambassador P. Harish addressed the International Conference on “India’s rise and its impact on Regional Security Architecture” organised by Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The Conference was also attended by Associate Prof., Bui Nhat Quang, Vice President of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Associate Prof., Nguyen Xuan Trung, Director General, Institute for Indian & Southwest Asian Studies, Shri Ajaneesh Kumar, Deputy Director General, Indian Council of World Affairs and many academics and researchers from India, Vietnam and other ASEAN countries.
