The Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme Day was celebrated by the Embassy of India, Hanoi at the Inter-Continental Hotel on 16 October 2017. The event was attended by senior officials of the local government, ITEC alumni and the Indian community. Ambassador P. Harish and Mrs Parvathaneni Nandita inaugurated the celebrations by lighting the traditional lamp.
Ambassador P. Harish welcomed the gathering and spoke on four decades of India-Vietnam agricultural cooperation, the theme for the event. ITEC alumni shared their experiences of studying in India. This was followed by cultural performances and dinner.
