"Ganesha - from Lalbaug, India to Danang, Vietnam"
The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Hanoi in collaboration with Embassy of India, Hanoi, is organizing a series of Indian festival celebrations titled “Festivals of India”. Under this initiative, on 15 September 2018, the Ganesha Festival 2018 was celebrated at the Center with the participation of around 300 Vietnamese friends of India and members of Indian community, who had an opportunity to enjoy the Indian cultural immersion experience by discovering the meaning of the Ganesha Festival, enjoying the decoration and stories related to Lord Ganesha, Indian music, cuisines, mehndi and photo opportunities. The Centre thanks all participants for their interest and enthusiasm and looks forward to their active participation in the events ahead.
