On 27 August 2018, Hon’ble External Affairs Minister Smt. Sushma Swaraj unveiled the Bust of Mahatma Gandhiji in the courtyard of the Embassy which was attended by members of the Indian community and monks and nuns of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. The unveiling ceremony was attended by the Indian community, friends of India and monks and nuns of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and was followed by a welcome Address by Ambassador P.
