[26-29 September 2026] Buyer-Seller Meetings during ALUMINIUM BHARAT 2026

This is to inform that the Aluminium Extrusion Manufacturers Association of India (ALEMAI) is organizing Buyer-Seller Meetings during ALUMINIUM BHARAT 2026, the flagship international exhibition and conference for the aluminium extrusion and downstream industry from 26–29 September 2026 at Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad. The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

ALUMINIUM BHARAT 2026 reaffirms its position as a premier platform for promoting trade, investment, technology, innovation, and international collaboration in the aluminium sector. The event will bring together the entire aluminium value chain under one roof and is expected to attract over 50,000 global visitors, 500 exhibitors, and 200 overseas buyers from around the world. The exhibition will provide an excellent opportunity for international business networking, export promotion, strategic partnerships, and direct as well as indirect revenue generation.

The organiser is offering the below benefits to some approved overseas delegates/buyers:

• Complimentary 2 nights Hotel Accommodation (25th & 26th September 2026).
• Partial airfare reimbursement maximum up to “US$ 205” subject to showing price on air ticket or Invoice of air ticket or payment evidence of air ticket purchase, Passport copy, Valid Visa, Boarding pass and Immigration Stamp.

If selected to be entitled with the above-mentioned incentive package, the buyers must ensure the following:

• A minimum of two-days visit to the exhibition & attending B2B meetings with Indian exhibiting companies.
• Presence of the buyer at the exhibition venue 
• The onus would be on the traveler to comply with all statutory rules and regulations of the Government of India.
