Promotion of Hindi Abroad Scheme

India offers scholarships every year to students from Vietnam to study Hindi language under the Scheme of Promotion of Hindi Abroad. The scheme is administered by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (KHS), Agra under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

The candidates selected for award of scholarship are granted admission by the Sansthan at its headquarter at Agra. The Scholarships provided by the Sansthan include airfare (economy class) both ways by shortest route, a scholarship of INR 9000/- per month and books grant of INR 1000/- per annum. Stay in hostel is compulsory. No one will be allowed to stay outside. Candidates must note that only vegetarian Indian food will be served in the hostel i.e. roti, dal, rice and cooked vegetables. It is not permissible to allow any candidate to go back without completing the full academic term. 

The Embassy of India would like to invite those who are interested in studying Hindi to apply for the scholarship and send their applications to Embassy of India, Hanoi. The applicants are required to be between 19 years to 45 years. Knowledge of Hindi language is a priority. Requirements of documents are as below:

Duly filled Application Form (download here);

Copy of Passport and Birth Certificate;

Attested copy of educational qualification Degree/ Certificate.

Application deadline for academic year 2026-27 is 31/03/2026.

Chương trình phát triển tiếng Hindi ra nước ngoài

Hàng năm, Ấn Độ cấp học bổng cho sinh viên Việt Nam học tiếng Hindi theo Chương trình phát triển tiếng Hindi ra nước ngoài. Chương trình này do Viện Hindi Trung ương (Kendriya Hindi Sansthan - KHS), Agra, trực thuộc Bộ Phát triển Nguồn nhân lực, Chính phủ Ấn Độ quản lý.

Các ứng viên được chọn nhận học bổng sẽ được Viện cấp giấy nhập học tại trụ sở chính ở Agra. Học bổng do Viện cung cấp bao gồm vé máy bay khứ hồi (hạng phổ thông) theo tuyến đường ngắn nhất, tiền học bổng 9000 INR/tháng và trợ cấp sách vở 1000 INR/năm. Việc ở ký túc xá là bắt buộc. Không ai được phép ở ngoài ký túc xá. Các ứng viên cần lưu ý rằng chỉ có đồ ăn chay Ấn Độ được phục vụ trong ký túc xá, bao gồm roti, dal, cơm và rau nấu chín. Không được phép cho bất kỳ ứng viên nào về nước trước khi hoàn thành toàn bộ học kỳ. 

Đại sứ quán Ấn Độ trân trọng mời những ai quan tâm đến việc học tiếng Hindi đăng ký học bổng và gửi hồ sơ đến Đại sứ quán Ấn Độ tại Hà Nội. Ứng viên cần nằm trong độ tuổi từ 19 đến 45. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến ​​thức về tiếng Hindi. Các giấy tờ cần thiết như sau:

Mẫu đơn đăng ký đã điền đầy đủ (tải xuống  tại đây);

Bản sao hộ chiếu và giấy khai sinh;

Bản sao có chứng thực bằng cấp/chứng chỉ học vấn.

Hạn chót nộp hồ sơ cho năm học 2026-27 là 31/03/2026.
