[19-21 August 2026] An International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM)

This is to inform that the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) in association with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, is organizing an International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) from 19-21 August 2026 at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. 

This platform will offer excellent opportunities for sourcing, business interactions and establishing long-term trade partnerships with Andhra Pradesh exporters. The event will showcase a wide range of quality products across key sectors including Agri & Processed Food, Textiles & Garments, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipment, Cosmetics, etc. 

Benefits offered to qualified foreign buyers by FIEO for Reverse Buyer Seller Meets:

• Complimentary Hotel Accommodation with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Logistic Support including Airport Pickup and Drop.
• FIEO will arrange pre-scheduled B2B meetings and provide specified meeting room.
• Buyers are encouraged to initiate MOU/place orders and explore business opportunities. FIEO will be doing match making and share sellers’ details well in advance for the buyers to initiate the business discussion so that buyers will be able to conclude at least one business deal during the B2B meetings.
• Buyes must carry: visiting card, company Borchers/literature

To & Fro Airfare reimbursement subject to following conditions:

• 50% of total to & Fro Airfare on economy class paid or 50% of the upper ceiling whichever is less will be reimbursed subject to signing MOU with at least one supplier matching the product requirements and submitting an undertaking that visiting buyer will provide periodical feedback on progress made on MOU till concluding business.
• For those who will be placing confirmed orders at the venue will be paid 100% To & Fro Economy class fare subject to the upper ceiling of US$ 400
• Selected buyers are expected to book their air ticket as soon as they receive confirmation from FIEO and share Ticket details for hotel reservation and start doing the match making.
