[07-10 October] ‘Bharat Telecom 2026 - An Exclusive International Business Expo’, alongside India Mobile Congress

This is to inform that the Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) is planning to organise ‘Bharat Telecom 2026 - An Exclusive International Business Expo’, alongside India Mobile Congress, at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from 07-10 October, 2026, with the support of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. 

TEPC has created this platform to bring potential buyers from across the globe to interact and finalise business deals through B2B meetings with state-of-the-art quality telecom equipment/ software manufacturers and ICT services solution providers from India. The event is likely to lead to the development of long-term business relations. There will be Conference sessions, "Self-Reliant India" Pavilion in India Mobile Congress and B2B meetings; during the event, leading Indian Telecom manufacturers & Telecom/ IT solution providers will exhibit their capabilities. 

TEPC is offering the following to some selected foreign delegates for participating in Bharat Telecom 2026 (not applicable to Indian passport holders residing abroad): 

• Complimentary Airfare of upto US$ 510 (Only economy class travel is eligible for reimbursement of airfare)
• Complimentary hotel accommodation (inclusive of Breakfast) for three nights i.e. check-in on 06 October, 2026 and check-out on 09 October, 2026 
• Complimentary airport transfer at New Delhi during the event. 
• Delegate may stay extra nights at their own expenses for further nights with assistance from TEPC in arranging alternate hotel accommodation on payment basis if requested in advance.

Targeted foreign delegates fall under the following categories:

• Senior officials at CEO/ CTO/ MD/ Director level from Telecom Service Providers (TSPs)
• Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
• Government officials (Ministry dealing with ICT/ USO / e-Governance etc.)
• Telecom Regulator
• Users of captive telecom networks such as railways, police, defence sector, power sector/ oil companies 
• Other lead ICT stakeholders

Pre-registration is required for those who would like to be considered for the hospitality package, with details be filled in the template as enclosed. (Only one delegate per organisation may be nominated). Deadline for registration is no later than 31 August 2026.
