Yoga Session at the scenic city of Sa Pa by Embassy of India, Hanoi

In the run up to the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026, the Embassy of India in coordination with the Provincial Authorities, Lao Cai Yoga Federation and Yoga Clubs successfully organized a Yoga session at the scenic city of Sa Pa.
This year's theme, 'Yoga for Healthy Ageing', was the key message of the event. The role of Yoga in encouraging lifelong physical and mental well being was also underscored.
