Prof. Umesh Waghmare, Secretary, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Ministry of Science & Technology, visited Viet Nam's National Innovation Center (NIC) at Hoa Lac, Hanoi. Secretary (DST) was briefed on the role of NIC in supporting Viet Nam's start-up ecosystem. The startup ecosystem provides a platform for India–Viet Nam collaboration in innovation and emerging technologies. This is the way forward for us.
