Visit of 15-member NCC delegation to Vietnam

A 15-member NCC delegation from India is in Vietnam as part of the Annual Youth Exchange Programme. During their visit to the Embassy in Hanoi, the delegation interacted with Ambassador Tshering W. Sherpa who briefed on the forward-looking multifaceted India–Vietnam relationship, including our strong and growing defence cooperation.
The delegation will visit defence, historical, cultural and educational institutions in Hanoi and Nha Trang, fostering greater understanding and friendship between the youth of India and Vietnam.
Youth interaction is a key pillar of the extensive people to people linkages between India and Vietnam.
