International Day of Yoga 2026 in Hai Phong, Vietnam
The International Day of Yoga 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Hai Phong, where around 800 participants gathered in the early morning to practice yoga together.
The vibrant event reflected the growing popularity of yoga and highlighted its role in promoting physical health, mental well-being united by this year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing."
