India – Vietnam Defence Cooperation: Exercise Pragati

A 40-member contingent from the Vietnam People’s Army is participating in Exercise Pragati, a multinational exercise being conducted in Umroi Military Station, Meghalaya, India.
The exercise underscores the growing defence cooperation and deepening Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between India and Vietnam. Such engagements promote interoperability, professional exchanges and mutual trust.
