A memorable evening aboard INS UDAYGIRI!
Ambassador Tshering W. Sherpa and Rear Admiral Alok Anand, YSM, hosted a deck reception and welcomed senior officers of the Vietnam People’s Navy and Military Region, dignitaries from the People’s Committee and Department of Foreign Affairs, members of the Indian diaspora and friends of India.
Against the backdrop of a state-of-the-art indigenously built warship, the gathering celebrated the strong bonds of friendship between India and Vietnam, fostering greater people-to-people connections and reaffirming the shared commitment to strengthening maritime cooperation and the Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
