Cooperation in Marine Scientific Research and Oceanography are important pillars of the Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with a mutually trusted friend Viet Nam.

Ambassador Tshering W Sherpa visited the Institute of Oceanography at Nha Trang, today.  Both sides discussed measures to deepen our collaboration in the domain of oceanography and related fields. The potential is immense for the two strategic friends.

Earlier, this year in May, the visit of Oceanographic Research Vessel SAGARDHWANI at Cam Ranh   Port reinforced our common desire to enhance ties in these domains.
