 Ambassador Tshering W. Sherpa called on Most Venerable Thich Duc Thien, Secretary General & Vice President of the National Viet Nam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) at the historic Phat Tich Pagoda at Bac Ninh City.

 Ambassador briefed the Most Venerable on the various forthcoming activities in 2027 as both India and Viet Nam celebrate 55 years of the establishment of diplomatic ties. They discussed the various activities and the roadmap relating to Buddhism.
