Agriculture & Environment is a vital pillar of the India – Viet Nam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Ambassador Tshering W. Sherpa called on H. E. Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Minister of Agriculture & Environment on 24 April 2026. Both sides agreed to deepen agricultural linkages, including enhancing bilateral trade of agricultural and marine products. They further agreed to strengthen the existing bilateral institutional mechanisms for mutual
growth.
