Prof. Dr. Hoang Minh, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Science and Technology co-chaired the 11th India–Viet Nam Joint Sub-Committee Meeting on Science & Technology Cooperation in Hanoi on 23 October 2026.

Science & Technology is a key pillar of our Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the way ahead for our mutually trusted friendship. Both sides agreed to identify priority areas for collaboration, including joint research, to deliver tangible outcomes.
