Online consular services have been started at the Embassy of India in Hanoi with effect from 29 March 2022. The URL for applying online is https://indianconsularservices.mea.gov.in/consularServices/. All the applicants are requested to apply online for the following services:

• Attestation of Commercial documents (Indian company)
• Attestation of Commercial documents (Other country)
• Attestation of Power of Attorney
• Attestation of Educational documents
• Attestation of personal documents
• Life Certificate
• Registration of Child Birth
• Registration of Marriage
• Registration of Death

While applying for specific service, the specific list of required documents (to be uploaded) is also provided with each service.

Once all the documents are scrutinized and approved, the applicant is required to come to the Consular Section of Embassy of India with the original papers/documents on any working day between 0930 hrs to 1230 hrs and deposit the required fees through online bank transfer.  The collection time is 1530 hrs to 1630 hrs.
