The Government of India announces scholarships to meritorious Vietnamese students to pursue Undergraduate/Postgraduate/ Ph.D. in all subjects (except Medical/ Paramedical/ Fashion/ Law/ 5-year integrated courses) in India under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Schemes, including  Atal Bihari Vajpayee General Scholarship Scheme (GSS), Mekong Ganga Cooperation Scholarship Scheme (MGC) and Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Cultural Exchange Scholarship Scheme (CEP). Scholarships are also offered under Lata Mangeshkar Dance & Music Scholarship Scheme for pursuing study of Indian culture such as dance, music, theatre, performing art, sculpture, Indian languages, Indian cuisine, etc. The scholarships are fully funded, including Visa fee, tuition fee, living allowance, hostel accommodation and return economy class air-fare.

Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years for Undergraduate/Postgraduate courses and maximum 50 years for Ph.D. programmes. Details of the scholarship programmes are available on the A2A Portal http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/.

Interested candidates can submit their online application for scholarships through the portal http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/ with key documents required as per the enclosed checklist by 30/04/2025.  Hard copies of the submitted application along with all required documents should be submitted to the Embassy of India in Hanoi latest by 6/5/2025
