For bidding online, the bidders must possess Class-II or Class-III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issued from any agency authorized by Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Govt. of India and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the Root Certificate of CCA. The tender document is also available on website https://eprocure.gov.in and CCL website www.centralcoalfields.in for download by the prospective bidders free of cost. There will be no sale/distribution of Hard Copy of the Tender Document.
