"Hon'ble President of India's congratulatory message of new State President of Vietnam

On 3 rd March 2023, the Hon’ble President of the Republic of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Mr. Vo Van Thuong on his appointment as the State President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In her message, the President of India recalled the foundation of history, solidarity and strong friendship dating back to President Ho Chi Minh for the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries and conveyed her interest to work together in advancing the bilateral relations.
