[November 2025] Hosted Buyer Program in Delhi & Pune in November 2025

This is to inform that the India SME Forum is organising the Hosted Buyer Program in Delhi & Pune in November 2025, aimed at promoting international trade and facilitating connections between authenticated global buyers and verified Indian suppliers/exporters in various sectors:

  • New Delhi: 3rd –4th November 2025
  • Pune, Maharashtra: 6th –7th  November 2025
  • Vizag (Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh: 9th- 10th November 2025 (Participation in Vizag event is optional and based on buyer’s preference.)

Focus Sectors:

  • Automobiles & Auto Components
  • Engineering Goods
  • Electronics & Electrical Components
  • Agro, Marine & Food Products
  • Drugs & Pharmaceuticals
  • Textiles & Apparel
  • Organic & Inorganic Chemicals

The organiser is also offering to host some selected buyers who are actively exploring sourcing opportunities in the listed sectors and offer them accommodation with breakfast, inter-state travel in India, official lunches and dinners, and local transportation. (Kindly note that participation is subject to selection and not solely based on registration). If selected, these buyers will be eligible for:

  • Pre-arranged B2B meetings with Indian exporters & manufacturers. Meeting details will be decided in advance to facilitate communication before arrival
  • 15–20 minutes of pitch session to Indian sellers / potential partners regarding the product specifications they are looking to source from India.
  • Access to 300+ Verified Indian Suppliers across key export sectors.
  • Official Visa Invitation Letter.
  • On-ground Assistance and Networking Opportunities.
